Depending on platform functionality, account type, permissions, privacy settings, and user activity, certain profile information may be visible to approved users of the platform.

• Coaches
• Recruiters
• Educational institutions
• Organizations
• Administrators
• Other authorized users
Information visible through platform functionality may include profile details, athletic information, academic information, uploaded content, readiness-related information, achievements, and other information intentionally submitted by users.
Users should avoid uploading sensitive, unnecessary, misleading, or inappropriate information.
7. MINORS
VGE may be used by student-athletes under the age of 18.
Users under 18 should use the Services with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Where appropriate, parental or guardian consent may be requested before certain activities, registrations, purchases, submissions, or account functions are permitted.
Where we collect information from or about minors, we aim to limit collection to information reasonably necessary for the relevant account, service, educational resource, promotion, support request, or platform function.
We will take reasonable steps to address situations where information relating to a minor is collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable legal requirements. This may include reviewing the information, restricting account access, requesting parental or guardian consent where permitted, or removing information where necessary.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription, purchase, course enrollment, or other paid access.
For purchases made through the VGE mobile application, payments may be processed by the applicable marketplace, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Virtual Global Edge does not receive or store complete payment card information associated with these transactions.
Additional products, services, courses, events, or offerings made available outside of the mobile application may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Such providers are responsible for processing payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and security practices.
9. GIVEAWAYS, EVENTS, PROMOTIONS, AND CAMPAIGNS
We may conduct giveaways, competitions, events, scholarship access offers, surveys, promotional campaigns, and similar activities.
Information submitted may be used to:
• Verify eligibility

• Deliver prizes, benefits, discounts, access, or related information

Participation does not guarantee scholarships, recruitment opportunities, admissions, placements, coach responses, financial assistance, funding, course outcomes, or any other result.
Where permitted by law, winners or selected participants may be announced using limited identifying information such as first name, surname initial, country, school, team, club, organization, or social media handle.

These third parties maintain their own privacy practices and policies. Virtual Global Edge is not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, or content of third-party platforms that are not controlled by us.

Virtual Global Edge is not a recruitment agency, admissions office, scholarship provider, educational institution, governing body, immigration service provider, legal advisor, financial advisor, medical advisor, or eligibility-certification authority.
Users should seek advice from qualified professionals, institutions, governing bodies, or official decision-makers where appropriate.
19. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES
Virtual Global Edge does not guarantee scholarships, admissions, recruitment opportunities, coach responses, eligibility determinations, visa approvals, athletic placements, roster positions, contracts, funding awards, educational opportunities, or any other outcome.
Outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the control of Virtual Global Edge, including user preparation, academic records, athletic performance, eligibility requirements, institutional decisions, immigration rules, funding availability, and third-party decision-making.
20. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Where permitted by law, we may use contact information to send updates about Virtual Global Edge, educational resources, promotions, platform updates, events, courses, and related services.
Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes to this Privacy Policy.
