TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: August 12, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Virtual Global Edge mobile application, website, Virtual Global Edge Institute, educational resources, digital products, forms, events, promotions, communications, support services, and other products and services provided by Virtual Global Edge LLC (“Virtual Global Edge,” “VGE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By creating an account, accessing or using the Services, purchasing a subscription or product, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
1. WHO WE ARE
Virtual Global Edge LLC operates a digital platform designed to support student-athletes, parents and guardians, coaches, recruiters, educational institutions, sports organizations, and other approved users through athlete-readiness tools, profile management, educational resources, opportunity discovery, communication features, and related services.
Virtual Global Edge Institute forms part of the broader VGE ecosystem and provides educational courses, resources, guides, templates, digital learning products, and other educational offerings.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, VGE is an independent platform and is not an agent, representative, employee, partner, or affiliate of any school, university, college, athletic association, governing body, scholarship provider, club, academy, team, coach, recruiter, testing organization, or other third party.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining an account.
The VGE mobile application is not intended for children under 13. Individuals under 13 are not permitted to create or maintain a VGE account.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may be required to obtain the consent or involvement of a parent or legal guardian before completing registration, purchasing Services, or accessing particular features.
Where parental or guardian consent is required, VGE may restrict account activation, profile visibility, communication functionality, or other features until the required consent has been obtained.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for activities conducted through their accounts. Users must promptly notify VGE if they believe their account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Users may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or organization, or permit another person to use their account without authorization.
VGE reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information or accounts used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.
3. USER PROFILES AND INFORMATION
Users may submit information through the Services, including:
• Personal and contact information
• Academic information and supporting documents
• Athletic information and performance data
• Photographs and videos
• Highlight footage
• Achievements, statistics, rankings, and measurements
• School, team, club, academy, or organization information
• Recruitment-related information
• Messages and communications
• Other information or content voluntarily submitted through the Services
Users are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate, lawful, appropriate, and not materially misleading.
Users must have all rights, permissions, consents, and authorizations necessary to upload or submit content concerning another person or belonging to another person or organization.
VGE may remove, restrict, or request correction of information that it reasonably believes is inaccurate, inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with these Terms.
4. PROFILE VISIBILITY AND PLATFORM INTERACTIONS
Certain profile information may be visible to other authorized users based on factors including account type, subscription level, platform permissions, verification status, privacy settings, and available functionality.
Authorized users may include coaches, recruiters, educational institutions, organizations, parents or guardians, administrators, and other approved platform participants.
Users understand that information intentionally included within a visible profile may be accessible to other authorized users of the Services.
Users should exercise appropriate judgment regarding information they choose to include in their profiles or share through platform functionality.
VGE’s hosting, displaying, verification, organization, or distribution of profile information does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, representation, or guarantee concerning a user.
5. VERIFICATION
VGE may require certain users, including coaches, recruiters, institutions, organizations, or other account holders, to complete verification procedures.
Verification may involve identification documents, institutional documentation, official correspondence, organizational information, or other supporting material.
A VGE verification designation means only that the applicable account has completed VGE’s verification process as it existed at the relevant time.
Verification is not a guarantee of a user’s identity, qualifications, authority, intentions, conduct, legitimacy, safety, or future actions.
Users remain responsible for exercising appropriate judgment and conducting any additional due diligence they consider necessary before relying upon another user’s representations, communications, credentials, or opportunities.
6. RECRUITMENT, SCHOLARSHIPS AND OPPORTUNITIES
VGE provides tools intended to support athlete preparation, organization, visibility, communication, opportunity awareness, and recruitment readiness.
VGE does not guarantee:
• Scholarships or financial aid
• Recruitment offers or coach responses
• Admission to any educational institution
• Athletic trials or evaluations
• Team or roster positions
• Contracts or professional opportunities
• Athletic or academic eligibility
• Visa or immigration approvals
• Funding awards
• Placement with any school, institution, academy, club, team, or organization
• Any particular athletic, academic, professional, financial, or recruitment outcome
Recruitment, admission, scholarship, eligibility, roster, funding, and similar decisions are made independently by the relevant coaches, institutions, governing bodies, scholarship providers, organizations, or other third parties.
Users are responsible for independently verifying eligibility requirements, deadlines, academic requirements, athletic regulations, immigration requirements, scholarship conditions, institutional policies, and other requirements applicable to their circumstances.
Information about scholarships, programs, opportunities, institutions, or recruitment pathways may change. Users should confirm material information directly with the relevant institution, organization, governing body, or opportunity provider before relying upon it.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
Certain Services or functionality may require a paid subscription, enrollment, or one-time purchase.
Pricing, included features, usage limits, billing periods, and applicable renewal terms will be presented in connection with the relevant purchase.
Purchases made through the VGE mobile application may be processed by the applicable marketplace, including the Apple App Store or Google Play. Such transactions may also be subject to the marketplace’s applicable terms and policies.
VGE does not receive or store complete payment-card information for transactions processed entirely by those marketplaces.
Where a subscription automatically renews, the applicable renewal terms will be disclosed through the relevant purchasing channel. Users are responsible for managing or cancelling marketplace subscriptions through the applicable marketplace account or other designated mechanism.
Deleting the VGE application or deleting a VGE account does not necessarily cancel a subscription administered by an external marketplace or payment provider. Users remain responsible for cancelling such subscriptions through the applicable provider where required.
Other VGE products, courses, events, services, or offerings may be sold through VGE or authorized third-party platforms or payment processors.
VGE may modify prices or available subscription plans from time to time. Any price changes affecting existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the relevant marketplace or payment provider.
8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refund requests relating to purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the applicable marketplace’s refund rules and procedures.
Refund and cancellation terms applicable to products or services purchased directly from VGE or through another third-party platform will be disclosed at or before purchase where applicable.
Digital products, courses, events, and other offerings may have product-specific refund, cancellation, or access conditions disclosed at the point of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits refund, cancellation, chargeback, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
9. VGE INSTITUTE AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
VGE Institute provides courses, educational materials, guides, templates, resources, and related digital products.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing or enrolling in a VGE Institute product grants the purchaser a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for their intended personal educational purpose.
VGE Institute materials may not, without prior written authorization from VGE, be:
• Reproduced or substantially copied
• Redistributed or shared with unauthorized persons
• Resold or sublicensed
• Publicly uploaded or displayed
• Commercially exploited
• Used to create derivative commercial or competing educational products
• Used in a manner that infringes VGE’s intellectual-property rights
Course access periods, where applicable, may vary by product and will be disclosed in connection with the relevant offering.
VGE may update educational materials from time to time to reflect changes in information, practices, regulations, technology, or the subject matter covered.
VGE Institute content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, nutritional, immigration, admissions, recruitment-agent, or other regulated professional advice.
10. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE TO VGE
Users retain ownership of content they submit to VGE, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
By uploading, submitting, transmitting, or displaying content through the Services, users grant VGE a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce as technically necessary, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use such content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and provide the Services and functionality requested by the user.
This license does not transfer ownership of the user’s content to VGE.
Users represent that they possess the rights and permissions necessary to submit their content and permit its use as described in these Terms.
Users must not submit material that infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or other legal rights.
VGE may remove or restrict access to content that it reasonably believes violates these Terms, applicable law, the rights of another person, or platform safety requirements.
11. MESSAGING AND USER INTERACTIONS
VGE may enable communications between athletes, coaches, institutions, and other authorized users where platform functionality and permissions permit.
Users are responsible for their communications and interactions with others.
VGE cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, qualifications, representations, conduct, legitimacy, or reliability of every person using the Services.
Users should exercise appropriate caution before:
• Sharing sensitive or confidential information
• Arranging in-person meetings
• Travelling in response to an opportunity
• Transferring money
• Entering agreements
• Providing identification or financial documents
• Acting upon recruitment or scholarship representations
Minors should involve a parent or legal guardian in significant decisions or arrangements arising from communications or opportunities encountered through VGE.
Users should report suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, exploitative, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate activity using any reporting mechanisms made available by VGE or by contacting VGE directly.
VGE may review reports, investigate conduct, remove content, limit communications, or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably warranted.
12. ACCEPTABLE USE AND COMMUNITY SAFETY
Users must not use the Services to:
• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, bully, impersonate, or deceive another person
• Engage in sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, predatory conduct, or other conduct that threatens the safety of a minor or other user
• Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading information
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harmful, obscene, or infringing content
• Solicit inappropriate content or communications from minors
• Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data
• Introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or disruptive technology
• Interfere with the security, operation, integrity, or availability of the Services
• Scrape, harvest, extract, systematically copy, or commercially exploit platform information without authorization
• Circumvent subscriptions, verification procedures, safety measures, security controls, or usage restrictions
• Use VGE to facilitate unlawful discrimination, recruitment, fraud, exploitation, trafficking, or other prohibited conduct
• Misrepresent an affiliation with a coach, recruiter, institution, governing body, team, club, academy, or organization
• Use another person’s account without authorization
• Use information obtained through VGE for unsolicited mass marketing, spam, unauthorized data collection, or unauthorized commercial solicitation
• Encourage, facilitate, or assist another person in violating these Terms
VGE may remove content, limit functionality, restrict communications, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to enforce these requirements and protect users, third parties, or the integrity of the Services.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND EXTERNAL LINKS
The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or information concerning third-party websites, platforms, athletic organizations, educational institutions, testing services, scholarship providers, payment processors, app stores, video platforms, analytics providers, and other external services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, VGE does not control or endorse those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, representations, products, services, decisions, or conduct.
Use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms, eligibility requirements, privacy policies, fees, or other conditions.
Users should independently review relevant third-party information before entering agreements, making payments, travelling, submitting sensitive information, or relying upon third-party opportunities.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The VGE name, trademarks, logos, branding, software, platform architecture, interface designs, graphics, databases, text, educational resources, course materials, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Virtual Global Edge LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no license, ownership interest, or other right in VGE intellectual property is transferred to a user.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, reproduction, commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, or other unauthorized use of protected VGE materials is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from retaining ownership of their own content as provided in Section 10.
15. PRIVACY
VGE’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, protection, and retention of personal information is addressed in the VGE Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy forms an important part of the terms governing use of the Services and should be reviewed before using VGE.
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy concerning the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy will govern to the extent applicable to that issue.
16. ACCOUNT DELETION AND DATA RETENTION
Users may request deletion of their account using the account-deletion functionality made available through the Services or another deletion mechanism designated by VGE.
Following a verified account-deletion request, VGE will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, subject to information VGE is required or permitted to retain for legitimate purposes including legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, backup integrity, and establishment or defense of legal claims.
Deletion of an account may result in permanent loss of profile information, uploaded materials, connections, messages, saved information, and access to account functionality.
Where information must be retained, VGE will limit its continued use to appropriate purposes consistent with applicable requirements.
Account deletion does not necessarily cancel subscriptions administered independently by an app marketplace or other payment provider. Users should separately cancel such subscriptions where required.
17. MINORS AND PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
VGE does not knowingly permit individuals under 13 to create VGE accounts.
Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to remain actively involved in a minor’s use of VGE and in communications, recruitment opportunities, financial decisions, travel arrangements, meetings, and other interactions arising through the Services.
Users between 13 and 17 must comply with any parental-consent or guardian-involvement requirements presented by VGE.
Where VGE becomes aware that information has been collected from an individual under 13 in circumstances inconsistent with VGE’s eligibility requirements or applicable law, VGE may suspend or terminate the account and take appropriate steps concerning the information.
VGE handles information relating to minors in accordance with applicable child-privacy and data-protection requirements.
Nothing on the Services should be interpreted as replacing appropriate parental or guardian supervision of a minor’s online or offline activities.
18. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
VGE may remove content or suspend, restrict, or terminate access to some or all of the Services where reasonably necessary because of:
• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraud or deception
• Safety or safeguarding concerns
• Unlawful conduct
• Security threats
• Harassment, exploitation, grooming, or abuse
• Material misrepresentation
• Circumvention of platform controls
• Intellectual-property infringement
• Unauthorized commercial activity
• Other material misuse of the Services
Where appropriate and legally permissible, VGE may cooperate with law-enforcement agencies, regulators, educational institutions, safeguarding authorities, or other appropriate entities concerning suspected unlawful or dangerous conduct.
VGE may take immediate action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address an urgent safety, security, fraud, or legal concern.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
19. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES TO THE SERVICES
VGE may modify, improve, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace features, subscription plans, content, Services, or functionality from time to time.
VGE does not guarantee that every feature will remain permanently available or that every feature will be available in every country, on every device, or under every subscription.
Although VGE works to maintain reliable Services, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, software issues, network failures, third-party outages, cybersecurity incidents, force majeure events, regulatory changes, and circumstances outside VGE’s reasonable control may affect availability.
VGE may make changes reasonably necessary to maintain security, comply with law, satisfy app-store requirements, address abuse, or improve the Services.
20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
VGE does not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every user’s particular circumstances.
VGE does not guarantee that information supplied by another user or third party is complete, accurate, current, authentic, or suitable for reliance.
VGE does not independently control recruitment, scholarship, admission, eligibility, immigration, institutional, roster, contractual, or employment decisions made by third parties.
VGE makes no guarantee that use of the Services will result in recruitment, scholarships, admission, eligibility, athletic advancement, financial gain, employment, professional contracts, or any other particular outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, consumer protections, or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Virtual Global Edge LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of, reliance upon, or inability to use the Services.
VGE is not responsible for independent decisions, actions, representations, communications, conduct, offers, omissions, or outcomes involving users, institutions, coaches, recruiters, organizations, scholarship providers, service providers, or other third parties.
VGE is not responsible for losses arising solely from a user’s reliance upon information supplied by another user or third party where VGE did not make or independently guarantee that representation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Virtual Global Edge LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, and reasonable expenses arising from:
• The user’s unlawful conduct
• A material violation of these Terms
• Content submitted by the user that infringes another person’s rights
• Fraudulent or materially misleading representations made by the user
• The user’s misuse of the Services
This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited or restricted by applicable consumer or other law.
23. INTERNATIONAL USERS
VGE may be accessible from multiple countries and jurisdictions.
Users are responsible for complying with laws and requirements applicable to their own activities and circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict mandatory consumer, privacy, data-protection, or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived based upon a user’s jurisdiction.
Availability of VGE in a particular jurisdiction does not constitute a representation that every Service, opportunity, feature, scholarship, institution, or third-party offering is legally or practically available to every user in that jurisdiction.
Users pursuing international academic, athletic, recruitment, or professional opportunities remain responsible for satisfying applicable immigration, visa, eligibility, licensing, travel, and institutional requirements.
24. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute, concern, or complaint arises concerning the Services, users are encouraged to contact VGE first at support@virtualglobaledge.com so that the parties may attempt to resolve the matter informally.
VGE may request information reasonably necessary to investigate and respond to the matter.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law or from contacting an appropriate regulatory, consumer-protection, law-enforcement, or other competent authority where permitted by law.
25. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and the relationship between VGE and its users will be governed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a user of mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, data-protection, or other statutory rights that apply and cannot lawfully be waived based upon the user’s jurisdiction.
No provision of these Terms should be interpreted as requiring a user to waive a legal right that cannot validly be waived under applicable law.
26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
VGE may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the Services, business practices, technology, legal requirements, regulatory obligations, safety practices, or platform functionality.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
Where required by applicable law, VGE will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially revised Terms become applicable.
Continued use of the Services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If a user does not agree with materially revised Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Services and, where applicable, request account deletion.
27. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted, limited, or severed to the minimum extent necessary where legally permissible.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
28. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND NO WAIVER
These Terms, together with the VGE Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented in connection with a particular subscription, product, course, promotion, event, or Service, constitute the applicable agreement between the user and VGE concerning use of the Services.
Product-specific terms presented at the time of purchase or enrollment may supplement these Terms with respect to that particular product or Service.
Failure by VGE to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or VGE’s right to enforce it subsequently.
